College Readiness Skill Building for Students & Parents

This 5 session "mini-course" includes 1 session with parents and 4 sessions with students. Parent session offers short-term and long-term skill development recommendations.
Student sessions will actively engage students in reflective activities, videos, and skill building using the book, Sharing the Transition to College: Words of Advice for Diverse Learners and Their Families. Topics include: Time Management, Organization, Self-Advocacy, Roommate Communication, and more.
This package is ideal for families and students who don't want a commitment but are looking for guidance about next steps and college readiness skill development. Registration includes 2 free books, one for students and one for parents.
