This is the perfect time to introduce your high school sophomore to a basic overview of how college is different than high school and what the college application process entails. This workshop will:

​

  • Decrease your student's anxiety about college and college tours

  • Build an understanding of why time management & productivity skills are important 

  • Learn simple ways to start practicing self-advocacy skills in high school

  • Emphasize importance of independent living skills

  • Teach college terminology such as college syllabus, GPA, types of college degrees, majors, etc.
