You are interested in tools that can help any member of your family who may be going through a life transition
-
You want to learn about topics that can prepare your young adult for independence and/or adulthood
-
You want to have a conversation facilitated by a professional who can guide yourself and/or your partner to think about your own goals for your young adult
-
You want a framework to help your young adult build self-advocacy skills as they think about what their future 'good life' looks like
-
You want to brainstorm with a professional who can help you and your family to identify & prioritize next steps in your young adult's transition to adulthood

If you can relate to many (or all!) of the above statements, you are in the right place!

How Was Charting the Lifecourse Created?
The Charting the LifeCourse framework evolved within a collaborative process led by the Institute for Human Development at the University of Missouri –Kansas City, a University Center for Excellence (UCEDD) in partnership with many different national and statewide stakeholders.

Using this national family framework, Jennifer Sullivan will guide your family through conversations about how to help your young adult take steps toward their vision of a good life.
