IF YOUR COLLEGE STUDENT IS STRUGGLING...
THERE IS HOPE
I quickly assess your child's college experience and offer recommendations for short-term and long-term solutions
Creating a trusting relationship that allows your student to be honest about their challenges allowing us to move forward - together.
Coaching sessions that create routines and accountability - to begin to develop positive habits.
"Jen Sullivan was a true blessing during our son's transition year program to college. Not only did Jen's calming and caring presence help him, it helped us as parents feel comfortable in the process."
There are many reasons that college students struggle. Fast Forward College Coaching is exceptional at identifying short-term strategies and techniques that can boost confidence and self-esteem and lessen anxiety to allow the brain to access information your child has stored.
I also make recommendations based on your child's particular college or university system such as identifying necessary accommodations, building self-advocacy skills so your child communicates with professors, RAs and Accessibility Office staff. Skill building is combined with positive reinforcement and a compassionate approach to create confident students ready for college success.
